The brand Kinetics has come out with a really great collection of nail polishes called "RioRio" that is inspired by this year's Olympic games main city the colorful Rio de Janeiro! Ain't that awesome? The summers here in Latvia aren't always the most vivid or colorful ones, therefore, a bright nail polish is exactly what is needed to make those cloudy spring and summer days filled with color!
I have the whole collection, 12 beautiful shades with which I am planning on introducing you in the near future. I am thinking of trying every shade and showing you swatches of them, but as it requires more time than I initially thought, today I have created a very simple, yet beautiful manicure that is inspired by the lovely shades of a sunset.

Vai nav fantastiski? :) Vasaras pie mums nav tās pašas spilgtākās un krāsainākās un noteikti ne tik kontrastainas kā Rio, bet tieši tāpēc palīgā var nākt fantastiska nagu laka kādā skaistā, sulīgā tonī, kas noteikti arī apmākušās pavasara un vasaras dienas padarīs kaut nedaudz krāsainākas!

Manā rīcībā ir visi šīs kolekcijas toņi un ar tiem jūs iepazīstināt esmu ieplānojusi tuvākajā laikā, bet tā kā vēlos šajā nākotnes ierakstā "noswatchot" (nobildēt katru toni uz maniem nagiem), tad tas prasa nedaudz vairāk laika nekā sākotnēji biju plānojusi, tāpēc šodien nolēmu izveidot ierakstu ar četriem, vieniem no maniem mīļākajiem toņiem, kas ir burvīgās saulrieta nokrāsās.
Why sunset?
There are two reasons:
Firstly, I just returned from my amazing trip in Canary islands and, even though, we lived on the other side of the island and we were not able to witness the beauty of the sunset, an hour before it, the sky was filled wit gorgeous shades starting from bright yellow to deep red - just like in the manicure you can see in the photos.
Secondly, I chose sunset as my main source of inspiration for this manicure, because the real, warm summer parties start right after the sunset. And, honestly, I cannot even imagine how wild the parties at Rio de Janeiro get!
Kāpēc tieši saulriets?

Kāpēc tieši saulriets?
Iemesli ir divi:
Pirmkārt, nupat atgriezos no fantastiski skaistajām Kanāriju salām un kaut arī dzīvojām salām austrumu pusē, pa īstam saulrietu (kad saulīte pazūd okeāna dzīlēs) neizdevās novērot, bet aptuveni stundu pirms pilnīga saulrieta, debesis iekrāsojās vienkārši fantastiskās krāsās - līdzīgās kādas variet redzēt šajā bloga ierakstā.
Otrkārt, izvēlējos saulrietu par manu galveno iedvesmas avotu, jo īstās, siltās vasaras ballītes tikai sākas pēc saulrieta. Un, ja godīgi, tad nespēju nemaz iedomāties to cik trakas un kolorītas šīs ballītes varētu būt Rio de Žaneiro!
So the four shades I used starting from the lightest one are: "Under my Feather", "Think Samba", "King of Red" and "One Night Girl". They are certainly this summers hottest party manicure shades! The nail polishes that are available at the RioRio collection are SolarGel polishes, which means that they have a gel polish effect without the UV/LED lamps. The only condition is that you have to use the SolarGel top coat.
